Express Entry is Canada’s primary system for managing permanent residence applications under several economic immigration programs. It is designed to attract skilled workers who can contribute to Canada’s economy and workforce. The system operates through a point-based Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), evaluating candidates on factors like age, education, language proficiency, work experience, and adaptability.
Candidates create an online profile and enter a pool where they may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence during regular draws conducted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Express Entry manages four main pathways:
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FST)
- Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) – Express Entry-aligned streams

Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW)
The Federal Skilled Worker Program is for skilled professionals from around the world who have foreign work experience and are seeking to immigrate permanently to Canada.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of continuous full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in the last 10 years in an eligible occupation
- Language proficiency: Minimum CLB 7 in all four abilities (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

The Federal Skilled Trades Program targets skilled trade workers with experience in eligible occupations, such as electricians, plumbers, and construction workers.
Key Requirements:

- Express Entry Profile Support: We ensure your experience aligns with eligible NOC codes and help you secure additional points through job offers or nomination programs.
- Invitation Strategy: We keep you informed on FST-specific draws and prepare your file for quick submission when the opportunity arises.
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP – Express Entry Aligned) (Except Quebec)
Several Canadian provinces and territories use Express Entry to select candidates through their Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). These programs allow provinces to nominate individuals based on specific local labor market needs.
Key Features:
- Must first qualify under one of the federal programs (CEC, FSW, or FST)
- Receive a provincial nomination through an Express Entry, aligned PNP stream
- Submit a PNP application to the province through the specific portal
- A nomination adds 600 CRS points to the Express Entry profile, increasing the chance of invitation.
How We Help
- Tailored Provincial Matching: We assess your profile to match you with the most suitable provincial programs and assist in preparing Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
- End-to-End Application Support: We handle all documentation, submission timelines, and communications with provincial authorities.
- Boosting Your Profile: With a nomination, your CRS score receives a major boost. Our goal is to help you secure that nomination and fast-track your invitation.
